Provision of Sale:
The price is $_________________and is to be paid in full before the puppy is shipped or when the purchaser acquires possession of the puppy. A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a puppy, which is non-refundable. We accept PayPal, cashier’s checks or money orders. Deposits are on a first come first basis. You must designate the gender of the puppy you deposit on.
Prices may vary according to the quality of the puppy. A “pet puppy” is defined here to be an English or French Bull Dog puppy, which is in good health at the time of sale and embodies the characteristics of the English Bull Dog breed. This puppy is purebred and comes with a full registration with the American Kennel Club.
Guarantees:
We guarantee the above puppy to be healthy at the time of sale. The puppy has been checked by a Veterinarian and comes with a written Health Certificate (only when shipped) We do not accept responsibility for any said injury to said puppy after delivery. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy with a written Veterinarians findings, it shall be returned to us immediately...only within the 72 hour time period shall the purchase price be refunded, Deadline for refund is (Date)__________. after the initial 72 hour time period puppy will carry a one year guarantee against any genetic life threatening illness and shall be replaced by an equal value puppy upon availability providing original puppy has been returned to us with the written findings of thier veterinarian. (NO CASH REFUNDS AFTER THE INITIAL 72 HR TIME PERIOD)
All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. The puppy has been wormed at least 2-3 times before purchase. We DO NOT guarantee the puppy for the following health problems which are common in this breed: Elongated Soft Palate, Small Trachea ,Dermatitis ,Skin or Food Allergies, Ringworm, Demodectic Mange, Eyelid Problems or Cherry Eye, Hip Dysplasia,Heart Problems, and Extreme Heat Intolerance. Some of these Health Issues are congenital or hereditary and are in all bloodlines, regardless of the parent’s good health. This is why we sell our puppies as PET QUALITY and at PET QUALITY PRICES.
Shipping is available when the puppy is 8 weeks old. We will deliver for an additional charge, which will be discussed upon revealed location puppy is being sent to(minumum shipping begins at $250). There is no charge for local pick-up.
Buyer Agrees:
1. To have puppy checked by a Veterinarian within 72 hours of the purchase.
2. To provide adequate medical attention to the puppy, which includes; immunizations and keeping the puppy free of parasites, such as fleas and ticks, including Heart Worm Prevention.
3. Spaying and neutering advised before first birthday.
4. To NEVER tie or chain the dog outdoors. Must have a fenced yard for exercise.
5. Keep the puppy inside.
6. Intolerant to excessive heat and cold. This breed requires air conditioning. Bull Dogs need AC for temperatures greater than 80 degrees.
7. Bull Dogs tend gain weight easily, monitor their diet closely. Obesity may lead to Health Issues! May be sensitive to certain dog foods, check with your Vet. if this occurs.
8. We feed Purina dog foods.
9. Buyer is aware that this breed drools.
10. Buyer is responsible for the health of this puppy after purchase, including all Vet. Bills.
11. English Bull Dogs do not require a lot of exercise short walks in cool weather are ok.
12. Never leave a puppy/dog alone with children. (Remember they are animals).
